Where can I buy a Colorbüs ticket?

On our website: www.colorbus.fr/en/

From our reception staff: our sales staff are on hand at the departure point of our tourist buses (stop no. 1). You’ll recognise them by their red uniform in the Colorbüs colours

On board our buses: you can start your tour at any stop and buy tickets from our drivers

What payment methods are accepted?

Depending on the point of sale, payment methods may vary.

On our website: you can only pay by credit card

From our reception staff: we accept payment by credit card, cash and holiday vouchers
Cheques are not accepted.

On board our buses: our drivers accept payment by credit card.

What time do tours start and finish?

The last departure time varies according to the time of year. From 1 April to 1 December, the last departure is at 17:00. However, from 2 December to 31 March, the last departure is earlier, at 16:00.

Please note that the first departure of the day is always at 10:00, whatever the time of year.

How long is my ticket valid for?

Flexibility is the name of the game when it comes to Colorbüs tours.

Your ticket is valid for the whole day. So you can take a full tour without getting off the bus, in which case the tour lasts around 1 hour / 1 hour 15 minutes (the length of the tour depends on traffic conditions in Marseille).

Or you can get off at any stop you like and spend hours exploring Marseille on foot before getting back on the bus to visit another place.

You decide which sites to visit, which stops to get off at, and even when you start and finish your tour. You can see it all on our itineraries or just see the best of what Marseille has to offer.

If you decide to take a full tour without getting off the bus, the tour lasts around 1 hour / 1 hour 15 minutes (the length of the tour depends on traffic in Marseille).

What are the prices for children?

Children under the age of 3 travel free of charge and are invited to sit on their carer’s lap.

A child fare of €8 applies to children aged 4 to 13 inclusive.

Are buses wheelchair accessible?

Our double-decker buses are wheelchair accessible and are equipped with driver-controlled ramps.

The ramps are located at the double doors in the middle of the bus. We recommend that you let the driver know you are there so that he can deploy the ramp and help you, whatever your needs.

Do you offer a special rate for disabled people?

On presentation of your disability card to one of our receptionists, we offer you a reduced rate of €15 instead of €22.

Do you offer special rates for the elderly?

No, there are no reduced fares for senior citizens.

Do you offer special rates for students?

No, there are no reduced rates for students.

Is my dog allowed on buses?

We welcome small and medium-sized dogs on board our buses, subject to certain conditions to ensure the safety and comfort of all our passengers.

Guide and assistance dogs are allowed on board without restriction, in recognition of their essential role in helping their owners.

For other dogs, we accept them on condition that they are kept on a lead and securely in front of your legs. This ensures the safety of your pet during the journey and maintains a comfortable and safe environment for all our passengers.

We thank you for respecting these guidelines so that everyone can enjoy their experience on board.

I haven't received my electronic ticket. What should I do?

Have you booked your tickets on our website www.colorbus.fr but not yet received them?

You should have received a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you provided when you booked your tickets. If you haven’t received it yet, first check your junk mail folder.

If you still can’t find it, please contact our customer service department at sales@colorbus.fr and give your name, e-mail address and order number to help them locate the booking and resend it.

Can I change, cancel or have my ticket refunded?

Tickets can be changed free of charge up to 24 hours before the date of your visit.

Would you like to change your booking date? Simply send a request to customer service, specifying the new date you would like to visit.

 

If you wish to cancel your visit and have your tickets refunded:

• Tickets may be cancelled and refunded free of charge up to 48 hours before the date of the chosen package.

• Between 24 hours and 48 hours before the date of the Event, a partial refund will be made. You will be billed for the administrative costs of issuing the tickets.

• After this time, tickets are non-refundable.

Is my baggage accepted on board?

For safety reasons, luggage (suitcases) is not accepted on board our buses.

Do you have toilets on your buses?

No, we do not have toilets on board. We recommend that our customers make the necessary arrangements before starting their experience or activity with us to ensure optimum comfort throughout.

How can I get to Colorbüs from the cruise port?

From Marseille’s cruise port, you have 3 options for getting to our tourist activity.

  • Shuttle: ask your cruise line about taking a coach to the centre of Marseille.
  • Bus: the 35T bus provides a direct link between the Cruise Terminal and Place de la Joliette. This service provides cruise passengers with easy access to the centre of Marseille.
  • Taxi: on leaving the cruise port, you can take a taxi straight to our departure point at 86 Quai du Port.
